Vitruvian Fitness™ is a personal training and group exercise studio. We offer semi-private personal training and group classes like Indoor Cycling (Spinning®), TRX® Suspension Training, Bootcamps, Yoga and more. Below you will find an explanation of how semi-private personal training works, as well as brief descriptions of our group classes. Pricing is found on the pricing page.
Vitruvian Fitness™ is a training studio, not a gym. As a client, you will be participating in a personal training program designed specifically for you based on your starting point and your goals. The training program is designed to take into consideration your individual strengths, weaknesses, exercise history, any injuries you may have now or in the past, goals and dreams. We tailor the program around what you want to get out of it.
When you come to work out, there will be up to 4 other people working out with you although each of you will be performing your own customized work out. This isn’t a group circuit “class.”
Here’s how it works:
In addition to semi-private personal training, Vitruvian Fitness offers Indoor Cycling, TRX Suspension Training, Bootcamps, and Yoga classes. All classes last 50 - 60 minutes and can be purchased a couple different ways – punch passes or unlimited monthly programs. All great values depending on how often you will attend.
TRX Suspension Training Classes: The suspension trainer is system of adjustable nylon straps hanging from above that allow you to leverage your own body-weight as the resistance you need to challenge yourself. The system is infinitely adjustable so every person can make the exercise as challenging or as easy as necessary. This makes suspension training appropriate for all levels from beginner to expert. Imagine having a set of weights ranging from 1 to 200+ pounds – there’s something for everyone.
Every exercise engages your core and the target muscle group intended. Every total-body workout will work improve your core strength, overall strength, balance, power and flexibility.
Indoor Cycling (Spinning) Classes: Featuring the sleek and whisper quiet Keiser® M3 bikes, each bike has its own computer that provides constant feedback on your speed and effort. All bikes have combination pedals that work with regular shoes or your Shimano SPD cleats. The computer is also compatible with your Polar Heart Rate Monitor. This bike is truly spectacular – once you ride this bike, you won’t want to ride any other indoor bike.
Vitruvian Bootcamps: Our Bootcamps offer a combination of strength and conditioning activities that include a perfectly balanced variety of strength training, cardio and flexibility. Strengthen your core, lose weight, tone up and develop new strengths.
Vitruvian Yoga Flow: Vitruvian Yoga Flow is a rejuvenating blend of yoga asanas (postures) that create greater flexibility in the mind and body through attention to alignment and deep breathing. Reconnect with calm while toning your muscles, restoring your balance and tapping into your intuition. This class is suitable for all levels -- no previous yoga experience (or flexibility!) necessary.
We also offer hour-long personal training sessions for individuals who prefer to work one-on-one with a trainer in a private session. Call or email to inquire about one-on-one training.
Group Fitness Classes or Personal Training Sessions
The third time (and each time subsequently) that you “no call/no show” for your class or personal training session OR you cancel your reservation within 10 hours, we will charge your credit card $15 for a group class or $25 for a personal training session.

If the class you want to take is full, put yourself on the waitlist. If you are on the waitlist, we assume that you want to take the class even if you made your reservation weeks in advance.
