Nutrition is how you nourish your body to grow, perform, resist disease and infirmity. It’s at the foundation of optimal health, body composition, good sleep, beautiful skin, strong and powerful muscles, healthy bones, and balanced hormones.
Mindset is your established set of attitudes. It’s where your intrinsic motivation meets your can-do approach. And it’s the first “muscle” you need to exercise to make your whole life great.
Recovery is where the magic happens. When you do work, when you eat nutritious food, when you focus on getting your mind right, recovery is when it all comes together.
