Andy Sulak is a lifelong athlete and endurance coach. Growing up, he played soccer from age four up through competitive teams in college. After taking a break from being active and focusing on “the job”, he discovered that we really only get older when we stop moving and believe that to be the case – no matter what age we are.
Andy then got into endurance sports through triathlon, running, and cycling; quickly moving up to ironman distance triathlons, endurance road and mountain bike racing, and ultramarathon trail races competing in the top tier of each sport. With his background in physics and engineering, discovering small adjustments and changes to how we move and train that deliver big improvements drove Andy to start coaching to share with as many people as possible how to be smarter about how we train and compete, not just push harder and get injured.
As a coach and self proclaimed human performance zealot, Andy knows every workout counts and delivers that in each cycling class no matter what your experience or goals are!
Andy has the following certifications:
- Mad Dogg Athletics – Certified Spinning Instructor
- Schwinn Cycling MPower Instructor
- USA Triathlon Level 1 Certified Coach
- USA Track & Field Level 1 Certified Coach
- American Red Cross – CPR, AED, First Aid
